We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

Just send us an email at orders@asperajewelry.com with your issue or concern and we'll get back to you with a solution, and a paid return label.

Orders delivered more than 30 days ago will not be eligable for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
